They are great to deal with. I bought a qi35 9 degree and really didn’t like it and they were happy to trade it out for store credit full value after a couple weeks of original purchase, and then I got their sim 2 and went across the road to try it only for the head to brake in classic Taylor made style and brought it back and they totally understood and made it right and gave me back the store credit 10/10 favorite store to get reliable used golf clubs

I thought this place was a consignment store. A place where you can get gently used items for a discounted price. Sadly I was mistaken. I went looking for some baseball/softball gear. Everything was so highly priced. The same feilders mask I found on Amazon for 25 dollars was 55 dollars at this store. They had 150 dollar baseball gloves. They did have some used cleats but gently used was not the case. These cleats were beat up and they just had them thrown in a huge bin. I tried to consignment a few items I had but they said they wouldn't take 99% of it and some items were brand new. I had brand new and gently used baseball pants ( Adidas, under armour) they didn't even look at them just said nope. They wouldn't take the brand new batting gloves of football pants I had. Bthey said they would take the shinguards I had so I asked how much they would give me for them. They had to take down all my information before telling me a price just to tell me they could give me 1.10 for them.. ha ha ha I about peed my pants. 1 dollar and 10 cents. No thank we will just donate them to someone. Place was just a joke.

Came in for some *second hand* cleats & gloves for my son to have for his little league team. Not only were the shoes filthy and completely caked in dirt, but they were priced at ~90% of their original prices. Same with the gloves … and everything else I looked at. We left and bought what we needed at Dick’s. Clean and actually cheaper.

Just got my seasonal rentals today from play it again sports! so excited for the season already and this spot made it so easy to get what I needed. The guy at the counter helped me right when I walked in, showing me the different options of what they had in store depending on what I was looking for. He was very helpful to explain how the rental process worked, and even picked out boots for me in my size! Their selection was almost overwhelming with so much to choose from. I ended up getting these flawless pink skis, and they were even able to fit in my bindings today for my ski trip tomorrow. Justin the owner was extremely nice and you can see just how much he cares about the store. Great experience, would rent from them every year :) 10/10
